Call for Sponsors
Asiacrypt is one of the three premier cryptography conferences organized annually by the International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR). It is attended by top cryptographers in academia and industry from all over the world. As usual, we expect an exciting lineup of works that are of great interest to a broad range of participants.
Your help is sought. The IACR is a non-profit organization and the expenses for all IACR conferences are paid for by registration fees and sponsorships from institutions such as your company. In the past editions of the conference, sponsors have used the opportunity to advertise, to get in touch with likeminded people, or to simply support the progress in the field. The sponsorship will be used to facilitate student participation, as well as support diversity, equity, and inclusion for the conference participants. Any amount of sponsorship would be greatly appreciated, and your company's logo will be included on all event signage and conference websites. To acknowledge more generous support, we will assign the following sponsorship level designations based on the amount of contribution:

Sponsorship packages

Bronze level (US$3000+)
In recognition of their support, bronze level sponsors will receive the following:
- Hyperlinked logo on the website of Asiacrypt 2025 sponsors page
- One free registration
- Feature on the proceedings
- A rolling presentation of logo during breaks
- Acknowledgement on other conference propaganda material, such as official posters
Silver level (US$6000+)
In recognition of their support, silver level sponsors will receive all of the benefits of bronze sponsors, plus an advertising booth or desk.
Gold level (US$12,000+)
In recognition of their support, sponsors will receive all of the benefits of bronze and silver level sponsors, plus the following:
- Two additional free registrations (three total)
- A special call out at the conference opening
- Designated locations across the conference venue for sponsors' own media displays
Platinum level sponsorships are also available and will be negotiated individually.
Please note that the order and size of the logos displayed may depend on the sponsorship level. The size and location of the advertising booth or desk may also differ based on sponsorship level. Higher ranked and earlier sponsors get earlier picks of the booths or desks.
Items of advertisement for all levels of sponsors in the conference material should be received 1 week prior to the conference.
